I was a commissioned Mosaic Artist in NYC for over a decade and studied at the Mosaic School in Ravenna, Italy.  My work was mostly commercial but I did some residential as well.  I still take commissioned mosaic work today, but I have found a new medium, CONCRETE.  I visited France in 2018 and fell in love with Hypertufa as I saw it everywhere on the streets …  it is weather proof, looks like limestone and is affordable. A mosaic client commissioned me to make a bird bath and the rest is history!
